The food is alright much of the time, but the lack of consistency will lose them my business. The red onions in my "make-it-yourself" small salad were cut so thick that they were inedible, and the quantity overpowered the salad. The soups are always on point, though. The delivery times are hit and miss.

WORST FOOD EVER. My boyfriend and I ordered paninis from here last week and we literally could not eat them. They were ice cold, the bread was so soggy your fingers mushed through it when you tried to eat the sandwich, the "sun dried tomato pesto" tasted like canned tomato sauce, and the chicken was unseasoned and so dry it actually scratched my throat. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

The food is good... if they manage to get it right. I used to (key phrase) order from here all the time. Until I tried to order something different (a panini). The order arrived incorrect (they DID leave off the tomato, as asked, but also left off the cheese and dressing). I spent 15 minutes speaking to 3 different people before giving up. I didn't get what I ordered, nor did I get my money credited back - options I actually had to suggest after the person who answered the phone said "what do you want me to do about it." Won't be using them again.

Truly terrible service. Delivery always takes forever and they forget at least one item from my order every time. Service used to be good but has gone downhill. Many better options available now.

Great place for soups and wraps. Usually delicious and quickly made & delivered. One thing to watch out for is their "Specialty Salads" - I normally get a Greek Salad wrap, and thought one day I'd like it as a salad, but the salad version is literally just in the ingredients from the wrap (peppers, feta, etc.) dumped into a plastic to-go container with NO ACTUAL SALAD. I called to clarify with them and they said the Specialty Salads are exactly as described, without any actual lettuce, tomato, etc. The most disappointing lunch I'd had in a long time (I think I actually threw it out). For a great Greek SALAD option, try Effy's on 2nd Ave.

Delivery was prompt - within the 24-40 min range. Chicken noodle soup was good but nothing to write home about, especially when "Soup" is in the name of the restaurant you'd think it'd be amazing. Broccoli & Cheese baked potato was lacking both broccoli (about 4 peices) and cheese (small glop on top) and the potato was hard & not cooked long enough. Tasted like it was put in the microwave. I'd rather wait longer for a potato baked in the oven. Overall not impressed.

I've ordered here countless times in the past, but won't be doing so anymore. Just ordered a large soup and had it delivered by an angry delivery guy basically dumped out entirely into the plastic delivery bag... AVOID

Patty Melt is not a patty melt... american cheese, no grilled onions... gross. The fries are bland and tasteless. Won't make the mistake of ordering here again.

Waaay over priced!!! They are out of chicken noodle soup by 5p almost every day and make no attempt to keep up with the demand. This chicken noodle soup is phenominal!!! The 7grain bread is also amazing, they also sell out of this every day. It is a real shame the sell out of their best food items every single day & do not rectify it. Even though they are over priced, I would pay- if they had the food available! :(

Very good create your own salad. Ingredients were fresh and they had everything I checked. They also gave me a piece of bread on the side to have with my salad. Sandwiches are pretty good too. Delivery was on point with estimate. Overall good experience.

Placed an order here, took 20 minutes longer than their maximum time. I got the chicken quesadilla because it seemed like a lot of people were ordering it, and it may have been good if it got here quickly, but it was awful and cold.

Food is generic, greasy and was just an overall disappointment...and it arrived ice cold (the poor delivery guy was juggling 5 other bags so I can only imagine how those orders arrived). Bottom line is you can get way better in this area for the same amount of money and the food will actually be edible and fresh.

The food was delivered with the dressing spilling out of the salad and water (assumming it was from the heat of the baked potato) leaking out of the baked potato container. It was a mess to clean up. The potato was a little undercooked but but blue cheese and broccoli on top was good. I asked for the salad dressing to be mixed in but it was just clumps of dressing throughout the salad. I also ordered walnuts in my salad but they were so finally chopped, I think I only ate maybe two pieces. Maybe I should have tried the soup but now I doubt I will even try to order from this place again.

Manhattan Clam Chowder was tasty but had no clams or pieces of clam that I could identify and the mushiest carrots I've ever encountered. Chicken Caesar Wrap had a lot of chicken but not much dressing and was bland. Tri Color Pasta Salad only had 2 colors of pasta (nit picky, i know), wasn't horrible. Wouldn't have ordered it if the description had mentioned it'd be mostly peas (or had it mentioned peas at all).

Awesome doesn't even begin to describe how much I love these guys. Their food is tasty, delivery speedy, and prices are amazing. I order the family size salads for myself and get 2-3 meals out of them. The Sopa Azteca is phenomenal and rivals what I've had anywhere else, including Mexico.

I have ordered from Soup Stop before and it was great! I just got really sick so decided to stock up on some soup. Well I found not one but two hairs in my soup. Will never order from here again. Which is unfortunate!

not only was the delivery 30 minutes late, the delivery man had the audacity to call me in advance so i am in the lobby waiting for 5 minutes. he even gave me attitude when i told him it was not cool. then, when i get back to my office, i realize he had spilled the contents of my meal, and my salad and the dressing was leaking in the bag.

Generally speaking, the food is always good and fresh,they are highly recommended in that area. However, with larger orders they tend to be somewhat careless and forget little things. For example, they may forget your salad dressing, or if you ordered 5 sodas, they may only send 4, etc.
